Pink M&M Snickers Cheesecake
A creamy, dreamy pink no-bake cheesecake bursting with Snickers chunks, pink M&Ms, and set on a crisp cookie base. No oven needed—just chill and indulge!
Ingredients:
Base:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed Oreos
⅓ cup melted unsalted butter
Filling:
16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
Pink food coloring (optional, for that fun hue)
1 cup chopped Snickers bars
½ cup pink M&Ms
Topping (optional):
Extra chopped Snickers
Extra pink M&Ms
Whipped cream or pink ganache drizzle
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs or crushed Oreos with melted butter until evenly combined.
2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently until fully combined.
6. Add a drop or two of pink food coloring and mix until evenly tinted.
7. Gently fold in chopped Snickers and M&Ms.
8. Pour the filling over the chilled base and smooth the top with a spatula.
9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until set.
10. Before serving, decorate the top with extra Snickers, M&Ms, and whipped cream if desired.
