LAMB KNUCKLES WITH STEAMED BREAD

Not too sure as to what to cook for Easter? I got you! You can try out these delicious lamb knuckles.


LAMB KNUCKLES RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

-1 kg Lamb knuckles

-2 Tbsp Olive oil

-1 Red Onion (Diced)

-1/2 Red pepper (Diced)

-1/2 Yellow pepper (Diced)

-1/2 Green Pepper (Diced)

-Bay Leaves

-2 Tbsp Seven colours grill seasoning

-2 Tbsp Paprika

-1 Tbsp Oriental Nori Rub (optional)

-1 Tsp cayenne pepper

-1 Tbsp Black pepper

-1 Tbsp Barbecue spice

-1 Beef stock Cube

-1 Tbsp Curry Paste

-1 Tbsp Tomato paste

-1 Tbsp Steakhouse sauce

-1L boiled water



METHOD:

Heat oil and brown the knuckles. Once the knuckles are well browned, set aside. In the same pan, pour all diced veggies, bay leaves and spices. Sauté until the onion is translucent, then add stock, curry paste, tomato paste and steakhouse sauce. Give it a quick stir then add back the knuckles and add water. Let it cook on low to medium heat until the sauce is thick and reduced and the knuckles are tender.
