No-Oven Soft Bread Rolls with Nutella Filling!

Ingredients:

- 100ml water

- 20g sugar

- 4g instant yeast

- 1 egg (60g with shell)

- 280g bread flour

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 30g butter

- Nutella (for filling, as desired)





Instructions:

1. Prepare the Dough:

   - In a bowl, mix water, sugar, and instant yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

   - Add the egg and mix well.

   - Gradually add flour and salt, kneading until a smooth dough forms.

   - Add softened butter and continue kneading until well incorporated.


2. Shape and Fill the Rolls:

   - Divide the dough into equal portions.

   - Flatten each portion into a circle.

   - Place a spoonful of Nutella in the center.

   - Fold the edges over the filling and seal tightly.


3. Cook the Rolls: 

   - Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

   - Place the rolls seam side down on the pan.

   - Cover and let them cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown on the bottom.

   - Flip the rolls and cook for another 8-10 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
