Fluffy milk buns

Fluffy milk buns: perfect for a tasty and unique breakfast!

They're fluffy like a cloud and utterly irresistible ❤ How to make at home:

They're fluffy like a cloud, a must-try! 

 

INGREDIENTS:

250ml (1 cup) warm milk

1 egg

45g (3 tbsp) sugar

1 tsp salt

400g (3 cups) all-purpose flour

7g dry yeast

50g (1/4 cup) butter

 

1 egg yolk

 

2 tbsp syrup

Apricot jam

Powdered sugar

 




METHOD:

In a bowl mix together milk with sugar and yeast. Add in butter, egg and salt.

Mix it well and let the dough rise for about 2 hours.

Cut into 10-12 pieces and roll out them.

Then roll the dough and transfer it to the baking pan. Let it rise for 15 minutes more and spread with egg.

Bake at 180’C ( 350’F) for 25 minutes.
