CHOCOLATE CREAMY CAKE: the delicious dessert to enjoy with family.



INGREDIENTS:

55g cocoa powder

120g hot water

3 whole eggs

Vanilla extract

95g melted butter

120g warm milk

5g instant coffee

150g brown sugar

215g "00" flour

3g bicarbonate

3g baking powder




CHOCOLATE CREAM:

170g dark chocolate

120 milk chocolate

240g fresh cream

80g butter

35g honey


COFFEE BATH:

Espresso

 




METHOD:

1. Cocoa biscuit: in a bowl mix the cocoa with water, eggs and melted butter.

2. Add vanilla extract, milk, sugar and coffee.

3. Also add flour, baking soda and baking powder.

4. Pour the mixture into a pan and bake at 170 degrees for 28 minutes.

5. Cream: cut the chocolate and melt it in the milk and cream. Combine butter and honey. Let it thicken and cool.

6. Cut and assemble the cake.
