EASY CROCKPOT SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE

Thank you so much for all the love and kind comments on this recipe! If anyone tries it,  please let me know what you think. I thought I'd also mention this recipe can easily be made in the oven. Oven set to about 375°F for 30-45 minutes and add the cheese on top in the last 10-ish minutes. Thanks again!

I love my casserole Crockpot! My favorite thing to make in it is baked spaghetti, but I don't know much else to make in it. Does anyone else have one of these and could you share what your favorite recipes are using it?

INGREDIERTS:
SAUCE:
• 1-24 oz can Hunt's Spaghetti sauce
• 2-14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes (Italian style is my favorite)
• 1-8 oz can tomato sauce
• 1 lb ground beef/chicken/turkey (I used chicken this time)
• 1 lb Italian sausage
• 2 tbsp minced garlic
• 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 c. grated parmasean cheese
• 1/2 tsp salt

• 12 oz angel hair pasta (about 3/4 of a 16 oz box)
• 1/2 cup cottage cheese
• Shredded mozzarella and grated parmasean
• Pepper to taste

METHOD :
In large sauce pan, brown all meat and drain. Add garlic and Italian seasoning to pan and cook until fragrant (about 1 or 2 minutes.) Add meat and rest of ingredients. Mix and simmer until bubbly.

Boil salted water for pasta. Add pasta and cook al dente. Drain. Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray or preferred oil. Add in pasta and cottage cheese. Mix well. Pour in about 3/4 of sauce mixture. Mix well. Top with rest of sauce and spread evenly. Cook on low approx 1-2 hrs. Top with mozzarella, more parmasean cheese, and pepper. Cook additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
