PAN-SEARED T-bone STEAK Recipe

Lunch is served, Pan seared T-bone steak with Chilli creamy potato mash and mushroom sauce.


PAN-SEARED T-bone STEAK Recipe:

INGREDIENTS

- 1 kg T-bone steak

- 100g salted butter

- 2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning

- 1 Tsp Black pepper

- Pinch of Salt

- Chilli Flakes

- Dried Parsley

- Fresh Rosemary

- Fresh Lemon Juice

- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1 Tbsp Honey




METHOD:

Gently massage steak with butter on both sides.

In a ramekin, mix Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes and dried parsley and sprinkle steak on both sides.

Preheat pan, melt in butter with rosemary then add steak and sear each side for 4minutes until a brown crust has formed. In a ramekin mix lemon juice, wocerstershire sauce and honey, brush steak on both sides and sear each side for 1minute.


Tip: Creamy potato mash or Fries & chilli mushroom sauce.
