PAN-FRIED OX LIVER RECIPE

Ox Liver for dinner

This has to be one of my favorite things to make I enjoy it most with pap and spinach.

How do you enjoy yours?

PAN-FRIED OX LIVER RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

- 1kg Ox Liver (Cut into piecies)

- 4 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™

- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper

- 1 Tbsp Paprika

- 1 Tsp Salt

- 5 Tbsp Olive oil

- 1 Sliced Onion

- 4 Tbsp Steakhouse sauce

- 4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 2 Tbsp Chilli flakes





METHOD:

Season ox liver with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, black pepper, paprika and salt. Heat olive oil and pan-fry ox liver and onions. Once the liver is well browned and has cooked through with no blood coming from the inside, add steakhouse sauce, worcerstershire sauce and chilli flakes and Sauté for 5 minutes.


Tip: You can also add Red Pepper, Green pepper, Tomatoes or Garlic.
