CHICKEN ESCALOPE

[Chicken Escalope] is always a winner when you're super busy but still want to make a meal at home that everyone loves here's my flavorful way of making them.



CHICKEN ESCALOPE

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 kg chicken breast flattened & marinated with mustard, salt , black pepper & garlic powder herbs

- 1& 1/2 cups flour + 1tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika ,1/2 tsp italian herbs with garlic ( optional), 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ground fresh black pepper

- 3 eggs+ 1 tbsp mustard, salt & pepper

- 2 cups bread crumbs+ 1&1/2  tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp italian herbs or any mixed herbs, salt & pepper.



METHOD :

1. Put the breasts between 2 clining film sheets & flatten them a bit. marinade them with mustard , salt , pepper & garlic powder.

2. Dip chicken breast in the flour mixture & tap off any excess, then dip it in the egg mixture to coat completely, finally dip in bread crumbs mixture and set aside. Repeat with the rest of the chicken.

3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken  over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until it become golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper before serving.

4. You can also spray the escalope with some oil & bake them in a preheated with turning them over halfway.
